A narrow red field gives this small rug a warm centre. Pale floral forms repeat along its length, surrounded by darker internal lines and little geometric marks. The broad cream border has a different scale, carrying dark angular rosettes and large pale star-like ornaments. The small centres inside the border rosettes offer fine detail within their more definite outlines.
