For all bespoke rug orders, after design consultation and colour selection, we produce CAD design options based on your requirements. One set of CAD alterations is offered free of charge if design and/or colour changes are requested. If additional CAD alterations are requested after one set of alterations, this is charged at £50 per CAD design.
Once a CAD is signed off, we make a sample of the authorised design and this takes approximately 3 weeks. Please note that there is up to a 10% colour variation within the selected colours due to the dyeing process and the natural fibre variations found in wool, silk and silk variant fibres.
We charge £50 for a sample measuring 15 x 15cm and £100 for a sample measuring 30 x 30cm. The cost of the sample is then refunded if you wish to proceed with a bespoke rug.
Once both the CAD and rug sample are authorised and signed off, we will proceed with making the bespoke rug. Please note that bespoke rug orders are non-refundable after this sign-off and there can be natural colour variation between the selected colours, rug sample and final rug for the aforementioned reasons.
